RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return products.

Requirements:

  • Product unopened with seals intact
  • Original packaging preserved
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For the integrity of our formulations, we cannot accept:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items with broken seals or damaged packaging
  • Sale items (unless defective)

Return Process:

  • Customer covers return shipping costs
  • We recommend tracked shipping for security
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges
