Both ways. We send you a label; you do not pay to send anything back.

Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. A replacement goes out at no cost.

A prepaid return label arrives in your inbox. Drop it off — that is the whole of your part. Return shipping is on us.

Confirmation, in writing

The moment your refund is issued we email you a confirmation with the amount and the date. 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

No restocking fees, no phone queue, no explanation required. If it is not right for your skin we would rather have the bottle back and you comfortable.
