14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our formulas. If you're not satisfied, opened or used products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — one guarantee per customer, valid on your first order.

30-Day Returns (Unopened)

Unopened products with the safety seal intact, in their original packaging, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives back to us, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Email us at support@aftersportshop.com with your order number and the product you'd like instead — our team will guide you through the process. Exchange shipping costs apply.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement free of charge.
